March 21st

So let's see... Lately ive jst been focusin mostly on my job and my class. Havent done to much disney related stuff. I will be booking my flight sometime in late April. One way. I dont know exactly when I'll be coming back. I think in the next two weeks I will start to print out all the forms I have to fill out to take with me. This past week Ive been going to the stores and looking around for things that I need to get.. such as I have to get some proff clothes to wear for the classes. Not allowed to wear jeans or t-shirts. I also got somethin for the kitchen, and bathroom from bed bath and beyond...

FEB 23rd

So today I went to my campus to talk to the person that deals with the internships. I could get 3 credits. I will think about it. I'm guessing everything is good to go. The counselor and internship lady were nice they congratulated me.

I feel very lucky because I jst looked at the Fbook group and theres people who didnt get accepted. I'm sorry :(

I also paid my fee today. The fee is to help with the events and activities that will be held for us while there. I was able to get more info regarding my discount while there. I'm loving the hotel discounts .. :)

I got alot done today.

Picked a Date

So last night I responded online to my invitation to participate in the program. There was alot of information I had to look at. I also chose the date that I will be arriving in Orlando. The official date is 8/12/09. I have to find an early flight because I have to check in between 9A.M-1 P.M.
No I wont be taking my car. I'm leaving it here at home for three reasons. One I dont feel like paying for gas. Disney has a bus that picks up the CP's from the housing complexes and takes us to work and other places. 2nd my parents car might break down so theyll be able to use mine, 3rd I didnt want nything to happend to my car over there.
I'm happy cause I dont have to do any medical work. Weird I was suprised. Only those that requested accomedations are required to bring one in.

Things I have to get done in the next two weeks !

Talk to my advisor this Monday at Montgomery College to see if I can get some kind of credit by taking some classes with Disney. If not I'm not too worried.

Pay my fee ! ... Its not that much.

Umm start doing paper work ....

Pick an Arrival Date : 8/10 or 8/12/2009 ... I think Im going for the 12th... ahhh Hurricane Season ... scary ...

25 Days ! FEB 21st I Get My Purple Folder

So I was out most of the day helping a friend out for a film he needed to do for class. That was alot of fun. I came home around 3 pm looking for my mail. I looked all around the house .My dad has taken it with him to go get my mom. I had a feeling it had come. As soon I as I heard them come in I ran downstairs and saw my dad holding a big white envelope. I screamed and cried. I took it and held it for a couple of mins. I was hoping they had given one of the top 6 choices I had chosen. They did! I chose attractions as my #1/2 I say this because my 1st one was to be a character performer but I wasnt going to be able to make it to auditions in PA. And I didnt want to wait while everyone else was movin on in the selection process. So yea. I actually wanted to do Hospitality I thought it be neat to work at one of the resorts front desk. O well. So I can finally sleep without having dreams of a folder.
I'm soo excited for this experience. I cant wait.

22 Days...

I had my interview on January 27th at 945 AM. It lasted for about 30 mins. My interviwer was really nice and I thought I did pretty good at answering the questions. Since then Ive been waiting to hear from them. I hope it will be soon maybe this week or next.
